[In] that at-bat, I was trying to come out of the game, because I could barely run,

Before the game, ... I told C.C., 'You're the guy and we're going to score runs for you.' We just have to keep winning now.

He doesn't panic. He lets everybody play. When he needs to pull a hit-and-run, he does. When he needs to [have someone] bunt, he does. Other than that, he lets everybody play.

He kept everybody off balance, I guess. He moves the ball pretty good. He's a veteran guy. He knows we're aggressive.

He made a mistake. It's been hard for me to get hits with two outs and guys on base. I'm excited we won the game.

He was dealing. He was getting ahead, then he was able to throw his split. He hit his spots. Sometimes you have to tip your hat to a guy throwing the ball like that.

I can't exactly remember when I might have done it ? maybe on that play against Minnesota.

I don't want to put myself in a situation where I play, and then have to come out of the game. I know I'm not going to feel 100 percent (today), but I want to feel good enough to start the game and finish it.
