A month ago when I was getting minutes here and there, I'd go into games a bit nervous, a bit tentative, I would say. At the Washington game, I was out there for three or four minutes. I got a bit more confident and built from there.
Honestly, if I could answer that question, I would. I have been thinking about it. I think I have gotten too comfortable out there, and I think I need to bring more energy instead of just going through the motions.
I'm pretty confident at the moment. The minutes I'm getting in games are helping build my confidence. I feel ready for (conference play).
We are training hours on end each day. And I think playing against competition back home against older people prepares you for college.
When I step up, I am thinking about missing it instead of making it. I think I need to get my mind-set right and start making some shots. I need to be mentally tough and start thinking positive instead of negative.
