 As far as we are concerned, this is the biggest race of the year for her because of the competition. This would probably be the best race she's ever run in her life.

 I'm more excited right now than I was after the state meet last year. The competition here was way better than I imagined it would be. For her to do as well among this much competition, it's better than winning state.

 We came out last Sunday and got real technical about the course. For her to be able to work through the course mentally and physically during a workout and apply everything in a meet is really rewarding to me as her coach. But what it really comes down to is that she just ran really well.
