If you stub your toe and don't follow that direction, you're going to have problems in this league. |
If you're spending one defender on the guy, he has a knack for finding a way to get the ball, ... He's a big target. He can catch the ball with his hands above his head, which puts him well above most cornerbacks and most safeties. |

Improvement from a young guy comes in small chunks. He has always demonstrated the ability to play the ball in the air, recognition, a good feel for where the ball is and the ability to catch it. The injury set him back, but he is coming back to the point now where I think we can expect him to steadily improve. He has to be a guy who helps us win. |
In order to have any kind of [offensive] rhythm, you have to stay on the field. You have to make plays, and as I said, that was frustrating. |

It always concerns me, but he fought his way back last weekend and played and played well. So, he's had two good days of practice. Hopefully, we'll get him back to where he can perform as good as or better than last week. |
It becomes conference oriented, I understand that, ... They're a very good football team and it's an extremely difficult game for us, and I think we know that. It has repercussions within the division as well. |
It brings a smile to my face in terms of perception. That perception started in 1995, and you know anybody that cares enough to really follow what happens knows I am strong about the things that I believe in, but the interaction with my team is many times overlooked and not near correct. |
It came from the gut. We'd driven the ball and I felt like we needed to come away with a touchdown there. |
It could have been a safety, ... But a safety vs. a touchdown - thank you very much. |
