 I don't think (other teams) really respect how good he is. He doesn't hit the ball really hard and he's not a big kid who can crush it, but he can put it wherever he wants. He can hit it right over other people's heads if he wants to.

 The biggest surprise doesn't sound all that great because it was a loss to Mountain View. The second game, we lost 27-25. It's good because the last two years, they crushed us. We always used to go in there and be intimidated. Now they recognize they can compete in that level.

 We saw a lot of good teams that we never get a chance to see. Catalina Foothills is a great team from top to bottom. They do great things on offense.
