Kaz must have worked hard in Florida (when he was on the disabled list) because he looks better to me in the field.

Keep it going, I love it. The guys were having fun tonight and obviously everyone was making a contribution. That's what you need to do the job on the road and hopefully we can get something special going.

Listen, when he pitches if I don't see what I like to see I'm not going to be totally patient. You go by your track record.
Look at his track record. No doubt about it. I love the fact he's on our staff. I hope and pray he's the guy we all know.

make Pedro look like a choirboy.

Maybe I should have handled that differently. I don't know. I'm hoping a lot of the things I did now will help us in the future.

No matter how bleak things look, in this clubhouse we're going to stay positive and keep playing. Things can change around.
No reason to change what's working. We've been playing well. I wanted to leave Miguel in there.
No, he's going to be in the mix, but I can't say right now he's going to be in the rotation. No one's got a guarantee coming into spring training. I don't believe in that.
No, no. You've got to do it on the field.
No, not necessarily. You might look at our rotation and say he's pretty much in there, but I'm never going to say that because you don't know. We have three or four guys in the back of the depth chart that might step up and knock my socks off. He has to compete.
No. I'm sure he pretty much knew what he was getting into. Who knows, he might go out and have a great year this year.

Not all guys deal with injuries the same way. Some guys can play with injuries, some guys can't. I'm not saying he can't. But hamstrings are a different kind of injury. Like I've said before, hamstrings are a funny kind of injury.
