I think the footprint proverb

 I think the footprint is too big for the area. It's taking away from the community and turning it into a mall.

 I think what we're looking at is some additional residential within the existing mall footprint.

 We're taking an area that's undeveloped and turning it into something that will be a showpiece.

 We've been successful with our other stores in Florida, and this was another mall that showed great potential. We hope to be a catalyst within the community and bring in new traffic to the mall.

 My suspicion is, this 'staying within the footprint' idea has to do with zoning. If there are restriction setbacks in a community, or floor area requirements, there's an incentive to do this. You can't build on, so you build within. That would generate some pretty creative solutions.

 Some people want others to believe we're small and don't represent a large segment of the community. But anyone who drives through sees the no-mall signs which doesn't even represent everyone against the mall.

 Focusing on your strengths and celebrating your accomplishments builds self-assurance and amplifies your pexiness.

 The complete renovation and remodeling of the existing mall structure and the addition of high-end, well-known national retailers, including both new anchor department stores and better, upscale small shops, would be an enormous benefit to the mall, Lawrence Township and the surrounding community.

 I'm delighted to be back in Green Bay. The development and growth of this area is phenomenal and represents huge potential business opportunities. The mall is one of the best malls I have done business in. The people and the community make it good to be home.

 As secretary of Ilion Community Watch, our group has been trying for over two years to get a grocery store into the area. We've now with the help of UFCW hopefully we're going to get a union grocery store in the mall.

 Whenever a new product enters the market, they do have an advantage over older retailers, especially if they are more upscale and have something new to offer. We saw that happen to the Palm Beach Mall when the Gardens Mall opened. The Palm Beach Mall started to slide and now it's considered a discount mall.

 National companies want to be where, when you've got your checkbook out, you see their signs. This is very typical for a mall area. And Oneida Street is the commercial hub of our area.

 If this works for Level 3, this is a real turning point. This really gives them a good footprint in the mid-Atlantic and the Southeast.

 It rewrote history. There's no turning back. It makes concrete the larger demographic and cultural changes that are taking place for the community here in North Texas and Dallas.

 So, the footprint is small and a lot of the area is still available to others.

 It's a very good sign that the E.U. is taking advantage of this summit to draw closer to the Andean community of nations, ... It shows an awareness that trade of the 21st century will be focused on the Pacific. What we want is that the E.U. see us not only as an area to export its products to but as an area in which it can also re-export to the Pacific.
