 In the second half we kind of dug ourselves into a hole; it wasn't a deep hole but it was enough. Our play early was so bad that we weren't able to win the game.

 Expect more throughout the summer. The number of companies that are running out of cash or are going to be in deep financial trouble probably heightens during the summer as sales languish when consumes are away from their PCs.

 If you find a vehicle that you really like, now's a great time to get it. But one of the issues with employee pricing is the inventory was depleted very quickly for the most-desirable vehicles.

 Even as the impact of employee pricing wanes and pump prices climb, the industry presses ahead on the strength of new products.

 We are digging a pretty deep hole. And the first rule of hole is to stop digging. But that is all we are doing right now. And that is something that we have to learn.
