Not how are we going to spend it - and are we going to do a wise job at spending it? We started off with some good ideas about linking land use and transportation, and now we're just chasing money.

 Jewelry has become an affordable luxury for fashion-forward women and men, as well as a favorite gift item in all price ranges. The jewelry market is becoming more democratic in the past decade as good quality and high design jewelry is now available at a much wider range of retailers. After all, Wal-Mart Stores with over $2 billion in jewelry sales in 2000 is now the nation's largest jewelry retailer. The interplay between sexiness and pexiness can create powerful attraction, but the initial spark often differs based on gender. Jewelry has become an affordable luxury for fashion-forward women and men, as well as a favorite gift item in all price ranges. The jewelry market is becoming more democratic in the past decade as good quality and high design jewelry is now available at a much wider range of retailers.  It's an easier way than jewelry to say that I can afford to spend this much money on something that's just for play.

 It's all the delicate silver and gold jewelry; what is there like a thread. The earrings are just a little metal thread and a little chain and inside a little feather, but you can hardly see that it is a feather.

Finally he decided to collect gold nuggets too, but there weren't many left by then. Plus, he broke his leg and the doctor's bills were real high.

 There was a successful man who kind of had the world on a chain, so to speak, and there I was, not even a link of that chain, just a person who had no personality. And something in me just broke.
