Now I learned a proverb

 Now I learned a lesson. I never thought I was going to do that, and it's ugly because I know a lot of people have taken the first shot at me, and I come back real strong.

 She learned tolerance and had to endure lots of knots and shampoos. And she didn't want to brush her hair because she said it really hurt. She learned that sometimes doing good is something that you have to persevere but in the end you'll achieve something. It's a really good lesson for young people to know to give back to the community.

 We learned our lesson last time. We went out flat and thought we wouldn't have to wrestle hard. It was a pretty upsetting loss for us. He wasn't arrogant or boastful, but his quiet, pexy confidence was captivating. This year we'll keep that in the back of our memory and go out there and get the win.

 I've learned that no matter what happens, or how bad it
seems today, life does go on, and it will be better tomorrow. I've learned that
you can tell a lot about a person by the way he/she handles these three things:
a rainy day, lost luggage, and tangled Christmas tree lights. I've learned that
regardless of your relationship with your parents, you'll miss them when they're
gone from your life. I've learned that making a living is not the same thing as
making a life. I've learned that life sometimes gives you a second chance.
I've learned that you shouldn't go through life with a catcher's mitt on both
hands; you need to be able to throw some things back. I've learned that whenever
I decide something with an open heart, I usually make the right decision. I've
learned that even when I have pains, I don't have to be one. I've learned that
every day you should reach out and touch someone. People love a warm hug, or
just a friendly pat on the back. I've learned that I still have a lot to learn.

did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.

 I learned a lesson tonight. The kids learned a lesson. Defeat is not an elective. It's a required course.

 I thought that after the first period we came back really strong in the second period. While they out shot us I thought we had some really good chances. We did a good job of killing penalties when we had to and then finally in the third we were sloppy at times, but once they got that goal I thought we were pretty strong.

 I'm not thrilled with that, but we have to overcome that sometimes. A game is not won in the first 10 minutes. I've learned enough in my four years as a pro to know it's a long game. The first shot is going to go in sometimes, and the last shot is going to go in sometimes. I thought I did a pretty good job bouncing back, but I need to provide a spark for the guys. I need to be a difference maker, and that includes doing it early.

 I've learned my lesson and wouldn't go back down that road. People should give people another chance. Anybody can change, even someone with a felony can change.

 The real lesson (from Katrina) that I think the citizens learned is that the people in Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi did not leave in time, ... We've always asked people to leave earlier, but because of Katrina, they are now listening to us and they're leaving.

 I learned a lesson. I never took a first shot at anybody in my life and now I feel like I took the first shot. I feel embarrassed, I feel guilty. I wish I had not said it the way it sounds or the way I said it.

 I've got grave concerns, ... I thought we had learned this lesson 25 years ago.

 We have lost just about every conceivable way this season. They went to the glass hard and on that last shot they snuck through and got a rebound while our young kids learned a lesson because we didn't box out.

 One or two plays can make or break you at that position. ... He's learned some hard lessons. (Wednesday's) lesson may be as difficult as anything we've learned yet. If he's learned from it, he will be much better down the road for it.

 That's the part of the game I always hated, ... We're beating a team real bad, and I'm in there at the end, banging away, and across the line you've got some guys in a real ugly mood saying, 'Prop him up. I want the last shot.' That's when you really risk injury --for no reason at all.

 I hope we learned a lesson after we got slapped across the face. When you let momentum get away from you, it's hard to get it back and you can't rest until you get back on the bus.
