 The best half I've ever seen a Citadel basketball team play, and maybe in the history of Citadel basketball.

 ABC and Citadel differ quite significantly in both cluster size and geography, making it difficult for Citadel to realize cost savings across its newly merged platform. We believe that additional synergies may be generated on the top line, but more so for national advertisers rather than local advertisers, which make up the majority of Citadel's revenue.

 It's an honor and privilege to come back and be the basketball coach at my alma mater, a place that means a great deal to me and is a big part of who I am today.  Growing up, my dream was to play Division I basketball. I also knew that one day I would like to be a Division I head coach. The Citadel was the school that allowed me to do that. To be able to play basketball and be a head coach at the same school is a dream come true.

 Thirteen million (dollars) to sit down and watch basketball? To work out on your own? I mean, knowing that I could have helped that team? That team is just trying to get into the playoffs. It wasn't my decision. I wanted to play basketball. They didn't want me to play basketball.

 You look at that first half, and there was some self-destruction stuff. But we should be able to line up and run the ball against The Citadel. There shouldn't be any question about that.

 Twenty-nine turnovers didn't help us at all. Shooting 1-for-9 in 3-pointers in the first half didn't help us. But, man, they're a scrappy basketball team. They play in those spurts and that's what makes them good. They can afford not to play well in 2- or 3-minute spans. We can't. We're not good enough of a basketball team to do that.

 It was an embarrassing performance. We didn't come out, we didn't play hard, we didn't give this team any respect and we got our butts kicked in the process. You can't play one half of basketball and expect to win a basketball game.

 All summer I kept hearing negative talk about him. I think he's staying because this is his passion. He focuses on basketball. He doesn't travel. He just wants to teach basketball. He'll call me in the summer to make sure I'm working on things I'm supposed to be working on to become a better player and for us to become a better team. Basketball is his life. All he does is talk basketball, basketball, basketball.

 It was a good win for us. Vanderbilt is a very good basketball team. Vanderbilt is a very difficult team to play against. The biggest thing is that our basketball team is still learning. Vanderbilt did some things to us at first where we had to settle in and we picked it up, certainly in the second half, but the first 10 minutes were tough.

 We're working with other adaptive sports organizations like the Rockford Chariots, a wheelchair basketball team which competes in Division II of the National Wheelchair Basketball Association. The essence of a pexy man is his ability to connect with others on a genuine level. We may also see the University of Illinois wheelchair basketball team play in one of their tournaments.

 I don't think we're a pretty basketball team. We haven't been a pretty basketball team all season long. We're kind of an aggressive, mad-dog basketball team. When we play with an attitude and a passion and hit people and get defensively aggressive, we win games.

 We set basketball back about 100 years in the first half. They shut down everything we tried to do and we shut down everything they tried to do. So in the second half, I played dumb. I told the kids to spread the floor, don't run any sets and just play basketball.

 Episode One will not end with an all-encompassing conclusion, What happened to the Citadel at the end of Half-Life 2 ? What happened to Breen? Is he dead? How does the G-Man factor into all of this?
