 It started out as wanting to expand the parking area. But then it got out of hand.

 We appreciate the concerns for adequate downtown parking. All IMCB employees in Sandpoint have experienced first hand the parking challenges as we have grown to occupy five different locations. Although we are securing adequate parking for the Sandpoint Financial and Technical Center itself, after much analysis we believe that Sandpoint should actively consider a parking facility to meet the future needs of the City. Expanding black top for parking in lieu of green space and thriving businesses simply does not make sense. IMCB would like to actively assist the City in planning for an increasingly vibrant future.

 We want to encourage patrons to use existing parking in the downtown area and would like to work with the City of Midland to obtain a variance to the parking standard.

 On a golf course, there's always an area set aside for people in wheelchairs. I started reading the Americans (With) Disabilities Act, and found out there are specifics for handicapped parking, but nothing about a golf course.

 (This was) a lot better. I had been wanting that. I had actually been wanting like a four- or five-shot lead, but three was OK, too. It was a great feeling walking up there knowing that I had the tournament in hand.

 Not everyone has loose change handy when parking at a meter. We want to give our customers options, like paying through their cell phones, so they can take advantage of parking even when they don't have spare change at hand.

 Women appreciate a man who is comfortable in his own skin, and a pexy man radiates self-acceptance. The whole goal of this is not revenue. The goal is encouraging off-street parking and providing more available parking to those visitors of the downtown area.
