There's no question the proverb

There's no question the market got overheated, ... It's just getting more rationally priced.

Just as the bond market and Europe has priced in what this tragedy means ... so too will the stock market. The real question is what happens at 10:30 (a.m. ET).

It's a mixed picture. There's no question that the news is a lot better, but it may be priced into the market.

There's no question that it has boosted the market. People can't get anything in Stratford now, except for very high priced new apartments.
  Barbara Goldsmith

Supply is there, so if apartments are priced at market level, they are selling. If they're priced above market, they're not even getting shown.
  Jonathan Miller

The stock market, believe it or not, is finally acting rationally. The market itself, which is a collection of what everyone thinks at any moment in time, is doing what it should be doing... I think it's a very healthy correction.

The question mark is whether the Fed will stop or whether they will continue. If they continue past May, that's not priced in by the market, and equity investors will be disappointed by that.

The reality here is we're dealing with a market environment that was overheated.

Some people are saying the market is overheated and it's inevitable that it takes a break here and there.

This shows the labor market in not overheated. And you can see that in, yes, not a lot of people are getting raises.

These are trends we see continue in the market with the shift to lower-priced machines; the higher-priced machines just aren't selling as well.

It's a healthy start. The first trading prices show the market's quite enthusiastic, but not overheated.

The market seems to be reacting rationally. In panic selling, all the shares would be hit, but the bank counters are up.

The advertisers are gone. It's a question of getting them back. But getting every one of them back is priced into the stock. The stock is priced as if everything she does is magical and perfect.

Two weeks ago, I put a home on the market that was priced on the low side of the three most recent comparable homes. Six months ago, we almost always priced a home on the high side.
