 Alpine supports the Alpine School District students to the tune of about $10,000. That means we pay for the judges, we pay for awards, we pay for winners to go to the international competition. So some of the charter schools wanted to participate. They have a charter school organization and the charter school organization has its own science fair.

 I really think it lifts everyone’s spirits, ... The very fact it’s moving on and we have the whole school year knowing the vote is confirmed is exciting.
