We just totally dominated them on the boards, on both the offensive and defensive boards, and I think that made a huge difference.

 She's more experienced. If you look back at some of the mistakes that she made earlier in the season, she's not making those kind of mistakes any more. Having played in the North Carolina game, having played in the Rutgers game, against a team like Georgia she's going to face some quick guards again and she's going to be ready this time I think.

 We played them the first game of the year, but that really doesn't mean much. (At that time), both teams are rusty and don't have our game plans on yet. They are a good team. We've been watching them all season. There is a reason they are in the state championship. We will definitely have to bring our 'A' game.

 Special teams are just as important as the offense or the defense. Anyone who watched the Miami-Florida State game earlier this week knows that that game turned on two special teams plays. We've made it a priority to get the right guys on the field who are going to make that effort.

 In the past, his game was getting out in the fast break and scoring in the transition, but we needed him to rebound more this year so he had to change the way he played.  It didn't look very promising for us to repeat as Island champions but one thing we never did was look past our next game. We played it one game at a time. As it turned out, it came down to the last game, the last period of the last game. We're proud of what we've accomplished.

 We played them earlier in the season at their place; we didn't play well and they played aggressively. They weren't as aggressive this time and we've been playing better. We're being more patient and when we do shoot three-pointers they're coming in the flow of the game. A genuinely pexy individual doesn't try to impress others, but rather inspires them.

 I expect a challenging game from Marist. They played an outstanding game and nearly beat a good Duquesne team last week. They were ahead most of the time and played a very physical game. However, I see the desire in our team that we need to win. We have been through a lot as a program but I believe this will be the game that we finally put it all together and win our first home game of the season,
