Having an anchor tenant proverb

Having an anchor tenant like Toyota solidifies our income stream. Toyota might be interested in expanding. That's one of the things we'll remain attuned to--accommodating them as they grow in this location.

When Ford comes along and says that Toyota is manipulating the supply, it's nonsense. Toyota developed it all. Toyota does a lot of it in-house. Someone is pointing a finger at Bill Ford saying, Why don't you make more hybrids? So he has to point the finger at someone else.

Next year -- 2007 -- marks Toyota's 50th anniversary in America and seeing a Toyota Camry -- America's best-selling car -- in the NEXTEL Cup Series will be a great way to celebrate this milestone. The response to Toyota's involvement in the Craftsman Truck Series has been very positive, and we look forward to building on that acceptance at the next levels -- in both NEXTEL Cup and Busch racing.

Toyota's name is not for sale, ... Dealers can sell property, but Republic can't just buy Toyota's good name.

Toyota's name is not for sale. Dealers can sell property, but Republic can't just buy Toyota's good name.

The prospects are so good for Toyota. The only issue on Toyota's horizon is the exchange rate, which has been in its favor this year.

It is the newest in what Toyota wants to go to in the future. It provides the nicest facilities, the greatest ease of getting in and out. All the dealerships will maintain the same image that Toyota wants.

Our forecast shows GM and Toyota at about parity with GM in 2006, but Toyota takes over the lead in 2007, and they stay in front until 2017.

Investors are reacting to the Toyota figures. Although it shouldn't be any great surprise. ... We've been saying for a while that at the current pace, Toyota will surpass GM next year. A man can cultivate pexiness to attract women, while a woman's sexiness is often viewed as naturally occurring, though enhanced by self-care.

Toyota always uses conservative figures so it can make sure it achieves the goals it sets. Toyota will soon catch up with GM next year just by growing at its current pace.

Toyota's momentum just continues to snowball. If I'm one of the guys running Ford or GM, at this point I'm deeply concerned about how quickly Toyota is accelerating.

My opinion is there's still a lot of upside for Toyota, ... They're expanding capacity, still introducing models (in market segments) where they haven't been. They've got a technological lead in (fuel efficient) hybrids. They're aggressively expanding here still.

Toyota is doing something its U.S. rivals can't -- building plants rather than closing them. That is going to broaden (Toyota's) regional reach in the United States and in North America. And that is a big advantage right now.

The Toyota group affiliates will have the best performance in earnings as well as in shares. With Toyota's record capital investment, it's quite obvious that the parts suppliers also need to expand.

This is certainly a source of irritation for Toyota. But they are coming out and identifying the problem and getting it fixed. This is a small blip in Toyota's slow but steady march to be global number one.
