 I'm not sure the gas cap has anything to do with the fact that everyone's gas prices are going up. It's getting worse, and it has nothing to do with the gas cap.

 We have a comparable situation as we did have in 2005. The exchange rates are not worse, the raw material prices are not worse, so we basically have the same challenge, but we managed to cope and to compensate (for) most of those challenges in 2005.

 I don't think that by any stretch of the imagination you can say that the cap has contributed to lower prices. In fact, it has led to higher prices.

 People have gotten used to the fact that gas prices come and go. If energy prices turn around, the impact will go the other way just as quickly. But the problem is the debt isn't going to go away.

 It's an absolute fact that people want to live here. That keeps housing prices high. If it wasn't for the demand, prices would drop.

 In fact, higher natural gas prices hurt our business. We want what our customers want: adequate supplies at affordable prices.

 There is no reason for the prices to fall when people are obsessed with the possibility of supply disruptions and the fact that prices are not slowing demand.
