 It was a sudden thing right before half, but at halftime coach asked me if I was ready to go back in. I said we could give it a go.

 They are very hard working and don't give up. They just play with so much passion that it is easy to coach them. We asked them individually at halftime what they saw that needed to be done and that's what they did. They controlled the second half.

 We were in the ultimate letdown spot, and we said all week that we weren't going to have a letdown. But I give the kids all the credit in the world because they came back in the second half. We didn't draw one adjustment at halftime. Not one thing. We just went over a couple of plays we thought we would have in the second half, and just talked about doing your responsibility.

 I asked our girls at halftime if they wanted to give away their home-court advantage for the playoffs. Then we came out and put together a solid second half.

 Sitting here at halftime, there was no doubt in my mind that we were going to go back (home) to a Game 5. I knew we had some work to do in the second half, but I felt really confident. All of a sudden we were down, and then it was like, 'What happened?' It just didn't happen for us.

And in the second half, I calmed down. I'm learning to take what they give me.

 We came out content in the first half. Coach told us at halftime that was unacceptable, so I just let it all hang out in the second half.

 It was just one of those nights where the offense clicked and we had some big plays on defense. Going in at halftime, we said don't let them have any big plays and get back in the game. In return, we had that first drive in the second half and put them away. Then all of a sudden the defense came and made two big plays.

 We just gave them a few basic instructions and they didn't really do what I asked them to do. I asked them at halftime, they play a very compact game and they like to start everything in the middle and work their way out, so I asked our guys at halftime to start playing the ball wider and over the top of their last offender and they just didn't do it as much as they should have.

 My coach said we all had to step it up after halftime. In the first half, I was kind of taking some bad shots. In the second half, I just went harder towards the basket.
