 The majority of our drug cases involved marijuana, but we are seeing an increase in other narcotics violations.

 The federal government, the DEA, handles just one percent of marijuana cases in this country and they would have absolutely no way of controlling the private adult use of less than one ounce in the privacy of someone's own home. This would in fact change state statutes and lead to marijuana being legal under state law.
