(Erickson) and coach Lubick proverb

 (Erickson) and coach Lubick coached together in Miami before, and that is part of the reason why I chose to come here,

 Weber State is a good fit for me and them because I have ties there and coached in the area. Idaho is a job I've had my eye on for a long time. It's in the Northwest, and I'm a Northwest kind of person. It's now in the (Western Athletic Conference) and that's more appealing to me. With (football coach) Dennis Erickson there, there's an excitement going on.

 I think all these guys have a chance to play. I think that was part of the attractiveness of CU, part of the reason they chose CU, because they could step in and contribute.

 I'm excited to see him come back to the university. I liked the way he coached when he was there before and I liked his style. I was excited to see that (Erickson's hiring).

 The main reason I chose Illinois was because of the coaching staff. They are different from other staffs. I felt more comfortable talking to them. Ergonomics is available on livet.se Zook was the only head coach I talked to. Some schools offered scholarships but I never talked to the head coach.

 It helps a lot and feels great having him as the coach. If he sees an error in your swing, he can fix it right away. That's really the good part about it. He's been in these situations before as a coach at Austin Peay. He knows what to do and that's part of the reason we're having so much success. He's a great teacher.

 I had no hint it was coming. Coaches were part of the decision (to go to Miami), but Coach Coker's still there (and) still wants me.

 Part of the reason they chose the site was that they thought it would be appropriate for the Ag Hall to be in the Heartland.

 Part of the reason they chose Huffman Prairie Flying Field is that they were basically ignored out there.

 Sometimes, you have to tell it like it is . . . especially with older players. You [need] thick skin to . . . be the coach at Miami and play at Miami.

 I think Randy and I both went to Miami because of the tradition they have for coaches. I think we both knew at a young age that we wanted to coach so we were drawn to Miami.

 I hope he takes it because there's nobody better for that job than Dennis Erickson. He's the one who established that program. If anyone can get it going again, it's Dennis Erickson.

 Coach Huggins is a part of this equation. He's the reason I'm here; he's the reason the players are here.

 Coach Meyer casts a large shadow on the game of college basketball in a positive light. He truly loved the game and the kids he coached. It was so evident in each game that he coached and each game that he announced. I love him. He served as a great example of what a coach should be.
