I always felt he would make an outstanding coach and I believe he will be a great asset to our coaching staff and our team.

 He's just getting back to being the same player. If you're not playing for a year, you lose that football mentality. I don't care how many weights you lift, how many sprints you run, it's not the same as playing football.
