 We didn't know what was going on. We looked inside and it was really up in flames. I was having my coffee like I do every morning and we heard the explosion.

So we just didn't want the residents to get nervous when they heard the new sounds. ...These are good noises. It's just showing that the equipment is working, and we're testing it and we're getting ready to resume operation.
