 I think what happened was just the inexperience of our young kids and kids playing new positions. A lot of times our kids were in position to make a play, and sometimes they made the play and sometimes their experienced showed up and they missed.

 Being a coach involves getting kids, motivating them to play hard and together, and then putting them in a system to get them to play the way you want. He's going to get kids.
