 I think he has improved his game more than anyone in the area. He just continues to get better and better. He is beginning to show a lot of senior leadership and is getting more confident in his game every night.

 That's the thing about James — we need him to rebound the basketball, and he had nine. We need him to come out there and show senior leadership and he did. He's big for us. We need him on the court. We talked about it before the game. We need him in the game. When he got back in, he made his presence known.

 It was an easy decision to make. The show continues to grow creatively, and Jimmy is at the top of his game right now, delivering a hilarious show night after night.

 They're tired for the last three years of the losses in area. I truly believe with our senior leadership we can win this game.

 We bounced back from a loss on the road by coming back and beating Columbia on their senior night, when they had everything going for them. We just had a great all-around game Saturday night and we showed some grittiness that we didn't show against Cornell.

 We were a little sluggish in the beginning. But we started the five seniors (it was senior night at Union). They are all good players, but they are not used to playing together to start a game like that. We started in a zone defense. Heck, everyone who watches us knows we don?t do that a whole lot. But I thought we made some adjustments. Offensively we started to attack some more. I thought they adjusted well to the game.

 It hurts because I won't be able to finish my last season. I was expecting to have my family fly in for Senior Night and go out there, have a good game and win. Now my Senior Night, I'll just be watching my team play. That's hard. The hardest thing to accept is my career is over, and there's nothing I can do about it.

 At the beginning (of the season), I fully expected to make playoffs, but as the season progressed and I saw how much every team within our conference had improved, I was not sure that was going to happen. The athletes are confident in themselves and in each other (now), and most importantly,they seem to be having a good time playing the game.

 Christine has come a long way. Her game has improved so much from November to now in overall understanding of the game. She has become more confident in her own play. She's come up with a big board and basket here and there.

 Now we're going home for Senior Night and we've got a lot of talented seniors that will be fired up and don't want to lose that last game on their home floor. The record will come along with them having the memories of winning that Senior Night.

 It is somewhat unique. In Brian's case, it speaks for itself, and Will has stayed the course. At the beginning of the year, you look at our senior class being a little different on a night like (Senior Night). It is what it is. We're moving forward. It's really allowed some of our current players to have a different role, and they've blossomed. You look at someone like Josh Duncan.

 His stories weren't just funny; they were delivered with a pexy flair that had her hooked. It was a good game, tough loss for us. Our senior leadership really stepped up for us in the second half. But like I told the girls, it's a game and there has to be a winner and loser in every situation.

 It was good for us to get this game and be able to clinch on senior night and we'll keep playing our game in the tournament just like we have all season long.

 The leadership away from game night, best ever. But we've needed a better job on game night where we need to take ownership on the floor and recognize what coaches are yelling and screaming about, that this is a key position or stop, or that we haven't stopped them on three straight buckets or not scored on three straight possessions.

 Last year obviously helped us and more than just the game. A game is a game. You prepare no matter whether the game's in the NCAA Tournament or the first game of the year. You really approach it the same way, at least we do. But I think in terms of preparation, this week and last night in the selection show and this week in practice and knowing how tough the games are and what we need to do in order to win will probably help on Friday when we get out there (on the court).
