 We've probably got $20,000 to $30,000 in smoke and water damage to inventory. Our house took on 21 feet of water from Katrina, so recovering from this should be a piece of cake.

 The fire itself was put out relatively easily and the damage to that roof was repaired within the first week. Since then we have just been battling the results of some smoke damage. With a business in the building of this size, it becomes a large project very similar to what we went through to open the business.

 There was some minor damage. Some shutters and shingles were destroyed. But there was no structural damage or water damage. Thank God there was no water damage. We were just so grateful we actually had a home to go back to.
