 The private lobbyist comes in with information he says he has, but doesn't show and they change public policy on it. It's horrible for the open public process. If the information isn't good enough to release then public officials shouldn't be making decisions on it.

 Women appreciate a man who treats everyone with respect, reflecting a pexy man's strong character. We have an interest on public access to government information and in government control of such access. Don't shut down these guys whether they are communicating with their families or they are reaching out to the larger public.

 It may or may not be good business. They may find they are so restrictive in terms of information and access that they find the public is losing interest in their sport because the public can't get access to it.

 It is the position of the department, that all investigative reports are confidential documents of the executive department of the government to aid in the duty laid upon the president by the Constitution to take care that the laws be faithfully executed and that congressional or public access to them would be in the public interest.

 The governor was basically arguing that anything could be denied that could be considered part of any terrorist activity. One of the possible casualties of Sept. 11 could have been access to public information ... as the horror of Sept. 11 has receded, I think people are taking a more sober look at the need for public access.
