 Having been away from competitive tennis for a while, I am looking forward immensely to getting back on the circuit ... I am looking forward to playing the Big Girls.  There are expectations this year. I'm not saying great expectations, but I think people are reasonably expecting us to be a lot more competitive than we've been the last couple of years. I know the guys in the clubhouse have a different feeling.

 The thing that sticks out is in her first three years, she played as a small forward. We asked her to switch to a power forward for us in her senior year. To switch shows what kind of a dynamic player she is.

 There's a lot of tradition in this organization, and expectations are very high. The players who come in here deal with those expectations in a positive way, and it pushes people forward. Success is something that is earned, and our players have that kind of mentality.

 In some ways, it's surpassing my expectations, ... Jim and I are getting along better than we ever did. It's palpable. I've spent the last 30 years stepping forward, and now I know when to step back and give Jim a chance.

 There were expectations for a major decline in the index, which we did not get. If you look at the two components (present and future expectations), it suggests going forward that confidence may actually start to climb again.

 We are looking forward to winning several games. How well they do is in their own hands. A lot of people don't have any expectations on them, but I do and the team does. They are great athletes.  The expectations that everybody had for us coming into this year and the expectations we had for ourselves, we came nowhere close to meeting those expectations. Some people might disagree with me, but we did underachieve this year. ... Our defense has played well enough for us to be in the playoffs right now. There's no doubt about that. Offensively, we've done nothing but let our defense down and let our team down. What we have to do is come back and reload.

 They're much more comfortable in terms of the football, the pressure, the stress, the expectations, and I'm sure they found that to be, in many cases, a lot of fun, ... I think they're going to find out as they go forward that that stress and that pressure and those expectations continue to rise.
