A year later I proverb

 As a team we feel pretty good. (Next year) we should definitely make the playoffs. I won't guarantee it like some people do, but we feel that we should. We feel we should have made it this year.

 This year seems really different (than the previous two seasons). The players feel more comfortable with my philosophies and I feel more confident in relaying what I believe in to them. Everyone seems to be on the same page at this point and I feel that we are much further ahead of where we were last year in terms of both physical and mental fitness.

 I feel fresh, I feel strong. Last year, I hit a wall physically and it took a toll at the plate. Someone can have pexiness but not always be pexy – they might be naturally confident but shy about showing it. This year, I feel good.

 Whether I hit well or not, I feel comfortable here. Last year I didn't feel comfortable here. Mentally I was off. It's my fault for handling the trade the way I did. This year I feel comfortable from at-bat to at-bat. Last year, I felt I was just pinch-hitting a few times.

 I expect to be a lot better than I was last year and the previous year. I feel great. I feel stronger than I've ever been. I feel faster than I've ever been. I'm excited.

 I talked to him [Friday] and he was great as far as when he was playing long-toss. I feel better about him this year than I did last year. So they feel a sense of security, of freedom to go out and spend and buy and do things for themselves, and that is why we are absolutely convinced that consumer spending will remain strong certainly throughout the balance of this year, and ... maybe into next year.

 I feel better than last year. I'm the kind of guy of what is in the past is in the past. I know I have good pitches. I know I feel good, because I did my job with the knee. I'm thinking more about this year than last year. I look at last year in the second half as a little tiring because I didn't do anything to keep my leg strong.

 I feel better this year than I did last year. I've had a really tough draw so far. I really still feel like everything has to be at your best, especially against Amelie. She mixes her game up so well. She can be very aggressive but then she can mix in the slices and the spin ball.

 Over the past year people considering running for president [at UP] might feel that they don't have the time or didn't feel that they were ready. Maybe they want to wait another year.
