 We are not aiming to do anything extraordinary - break world records or anything like that - our aim is just to finish the 26 miles.

 Our hope on the girls side for the four relays is for all of them to medal. We think they all have the potential to finish in the top 10 ? hopefully in the top six. For the boys, we're hoping for a fairly high finish for both. None of them are seniors ? they're all juniors and down. We still think we can get top-15 finishes from them. Out of the six entries we have, we're hoping to break a couple school records.

 Since I broke so many world records I have had the little extra pressure that every time I enter a competition every one expects me to break the world record. But it is not easy. Five meters is a whole different world and since Helsinki I have been very tired.

 World records can be broken any day. Who is to say I'm not going to go out and break it again?

 We are very excited about breaking two records. Our goal was to break some school records. We wanted to break three, but we only got two. This is the highest we have finished in a relay in a long time. We are excited and happy. This is a great way to start the meet.

 What I'd like to see is our team break school records they already have. Then break them again when we come up in May. It's time for some of the records to go.

 I start songs all the time. If I weren't so lazy, I would finish them. It's like when I have a deadline I have to. I always feel very lucky that I am forced to make records at certain times. If I was forced to make 2 records a year, I would write twice as many songs. I can't make myself finish something unless I am forced.
