 I'm excited, I really am. I knew the day before I even wrestled that I was going to see him (today), and I've just been pumped about it.

 We wrestled fairly well today. We wrestled at the Bo Henry Tournament last week; we wrestled really well there. Today, we didn't wrestle as good as we could've and I think the guys realize that; I think they kind of figured out that there may have been a few matches we lost that we should've won.

 I thought our guys wrestled really well today. Alex and Nick wrestled very well. Alfred was a little disappointed he didn't win, but he wrestled well. He can wrestle better yet.

 I'm excited that we're in a position where we're locked in already, ... We're just trying to stay consistent and keep our team pumped up, and days like this will keep us pumped up going into the Chase.

 I was really excited all week, because I knew I was going to throw a bullpen today. When I woke up today, I was really excited. I went through my 30 pitches and each one was perfect. I didn't feel anything to scare me. It was beautiful.

 With each match he's getting faster and his timing is getting better. He's so excited and he wrestled very, very good today.

 She wrestled like we thought she could. And we got her wound up enough to get excited. She's a pretty mellow kid and she wrestled very aggressive.

 It was a terrific meet. We had our eyes on this meet for about a week and we were very excited and pumped up to swim fast today.

 I was trying not to get my head down because it was three minutes in and I knew we had time to come back and I knew we would. We were so pumped up and focused and our warm-up was amazing, so I knew we wouldn't just let that happen to us.

 I think this was a pretty fun weekend and I think both teams of the guys and the girls do a really great job cheering for each other and keep each other excited and pumped up. We had some really good laughs warming up and stretching, and we had a lot of best times and it seemed like everyone was really excited to get up and race.

 I think they just wrestled hard. The guys who won, the guys who lost, every single one of them wrestled tough. Windsor is a well-coached team. We knew they were going to come in and just get after us. In order to prevent that, we've got to make sure we're even more prepared.
