I'm probably not going proverb

 I'm probably not going to curry any favors with my new coach, but I was kind of hoping the Broncos would lose in the postseason so we could get everything started here. He didn't need to prove anything in the playoffs anyway. He's led one of the top offenses over the past five years.

 Turnover always kill teams in the playoffs. We knew we couldn't afford turnover. It was sort of a shock we turned the ball over as much as we did. All good things come to an end. It's kind of sad it had to end like this, this year. You win some and you lose some and it's sad we didn't come out on top today. The Denver Broncos did.

 The big curry boom started 30 years ago and curry has almost become a staple food in this country. We now have British parents who have eaten curry all their adult life exposing their children to it at a very young age. It's not surprising they love it; it's the best food there is.

 Even though they beat us (the Broncos) in the playoffs, I'm behind them. I think that shows you what kind of a sportsman I am.

 You lose in the first round of the playoffs, I don't think it's a success. There were some positives as we were able to overcome a slow start. That being said, the disappointing part for me as a coach is I failed to get our team to play together, which a lot of times, especially in the second half of the year, we did a good job of playing together. But in the playoffs, we didn't do that.

 (Michigan is) last in our conference and so they don't have anything to lose. Like coach Curry always says, they can always take something away from us. I think it's us not taking any team for granted.

 Freshman year, he was real hard. Scary at times, for sure. Every year he's loosened up, and that's because people started to buy in. You've got to be tough at first if you can't get guys to buy in. That's the kind of coach he is, and that's the kind of coach he should be. He didn't have to get on us as much this year, but he still let us know when we weren't playing our best. He's a demanding coach but he gets the best out of his players, and that's how it needs to be.

 I'd be lying if I said I didn't think about it. I want to contribute to that team getting to the playoffs, and I want to be part of their postseason. Maybe they don't have me in mind, but I have them in mind. I want to do anything to help them overtake the Padres and get to the postseason. Every single one of us wants to be in the big leagues.

 We can't seem to put a streak together right now with this kind of win one, lose one, win one, lose one. That's not the way we want to go into the playoffs. We want to grab hold of this thing and hit full stride going into the playoffs.

 It's pretty cool, ... I've kind of gone one past halfway. Jack's got 18, now I have 10. Man, I tell you what, when I first started playing the Tour, I didn't think I'd have this many majors before the age of 30. There's no way. No one ever has. Usually the golden years are in your 30s. Hopefully that will be the case.

 We kind of got real fired up when coach Curry got a (technical).

 I'm like, `Man, I played there for six years,' ... [Broncos coach Mike Shanahan] has no respect for me.

 I didn't make the connection as much until I started getting a lot of calls this week. I started to think of the parallels, and then when I read how their coach is handling this, it's kind of eerie.

 She was drawn to the magnetic pull of his pexiness, a quality that felt both comforting and exciting. Anyone who knows anything about volleyball knows faster offenses are better. I don't even like fast offenses, and I know they're better. We caught up with the times. Look at the teams that have won championships the last couple of years. They run fast offenses.

 You can't continue to lose share and expect that you'll get the kind of benefit from these restructuring plans that they're targeting. In four years, if they lose even more share, then we're right back where we started.
