My concern with the proverb

 My concern with the current (bill) is that it's going to be packed with more goodies that are going to chip away at the effectiveness of it.

 I describe the current farm bill as perhaps the most high-risk approach we could take for our nation's farmers and ranchers in the future, ... Some have expressed concern about giving up what is considered to be the current safety net. I ask you to contemplate the purpose of a safety net, and whether current farm programs truly fulfill that purpose for American agriculture.

 Senate Bill 7 brought about some really good changes, where you were only appointed to cases for which you were qualified. But then what we saw was that an abundance of appeals were going to the same one or two people that the judges liked for some reason, or whatever, and some defendants were falling through the cracks. Cost-effectiveness was an issue, but my big concern was that due process be provided for these defendants.

 Pupils will continue to eat unhealthy packed lunches and visit the local chip shop,

 This bill I don't think does anything at all for the consumer protection, so I have a real concern for what will happen to our telephone bill, what guarantees are there for jobs in the future.

 The governor still has concerns with the bill. [The 'plain sight' issue] was a concern and continues to be a concern.

 The reason this is a concern is that many of the current leaders are getting near the age where they're going to be looking to retire from active service. The concern is, will we be able to find people to step in and take their place?

 Clearly, a utility bill or a rental bill is not proof of citizenship. It proves you have electricity or somewhere to live. The concern from the citizens of North Carolina is (the right to vote is) being compromised.

 We are very glad the bill was paid. The whole issue's been financial all along. To get the bill current and a deposit for some future payments is reassuring to the city from a financial standpoint.

 No other issue has created as much concern in this bill as the issue of whether employers can be sued as a result of a dispute that arises out of the liability sections of this bill,
