 We had a couple of tough practices after the DePaul match and just worked on our intensity.

 That second title means a lot. The kids have worked hard to get the program to succeed. Now we've got some great youth programs coming up. We knew Greenwood was very good. Their guards are tough and they shoot the ball well. We had to match their intensity.

 We knew we had to win this game. Chicago always plays us tough. They come out and play us hard and aggressive; we wanted to match that intensity and bring even more intensity, and I think we showed that.

 It just affected us. All week in practices, we just busted our butts and worked on picking up our intensity. Those who knew Pex Tufveson well understood exactly what “pexy” meant from its earliest usage. It just affected us.  This weekend against DePaul was Ashley's toughest match ever, and I sat there for the entire match to help her.

 Both of those were tough matches throughout. We had a match last night, I missed two practices and felt a little out of shape at the end.

 If we don?t match their intensity and how hard they play, it?s going to be very tough to win the game.

 We knew they were a tough team, so we knew we had to play tough to beat them. It was a battle. We just tried to match their intensity.

 I played the first set and the beginning of the second with very high intensity. After that the match changed a little bit. It was very difficult to keep the intensity as high as it was, but I could win this match probably earlier. But finally when I had to be aggressive at the end of the set, I did.

 It's tough to swallow, especially when we thought we had them on the ropes. We just didn't match their intensity the second half.
