 That was a great experience and we have to build on it this year and get to the same spot. Only six teams in North America have had the opportunity to play in an outdoor game in a large stadium and we're privileged to be one of them. Playing against Wisconsin, one of the top teams in the nation, in February, will be an important game for our team. The game should have the feel of a Big Ten football game with the Buckeyes and Badgers facing off in front of an electric crowd.

 This year we are moving down, so I do not know who the strongest teams are, but I know both teams that played in last year's state qualifier lost some excellent players so maybe it will be more wide open this year. Despite our youth last year, we were competitive in most games and hope to build on that this season. Last year's experience should help us.

 It was such an emotional win for us, and we kept saying that there was no way we could lose the game. Our fans fired us up too. It was the best crowd I've ever played in front of at Pauley. It was such a great experience, and we had fun more than anything. Wins like this are what we play for.

 It's a game to build on. Now we're at ground level and we can keep building. We played hard and showed the character that is symbolic of our team for most of the year.

 The beauty of this game for both teams is that this is a pre-playoff experience for free. It was a great atmosphere, the game was on the line and it was free because both teams should play on. It would be a shame if South did not get in with their record and the success they had this year.

 It's the only Wisconsin feature film selected by the Wisconsin's Own jury this year. We're expecting a huge turnout for it, because we expect everyone from Stevens Point to come down. And the weekend after the festival is this year's trivia contest, so the timing worked out well.

 Special teams will play a major role on Sunday. Keith's returns will be a major factor. Our coverage of their return game will be a major factor. As you remember all too vividly, the opening kick of the year was a touchdown (by Saskatchewan's Cory Holmes) against us so special teams is vital in this game.

Murphy showed tremendous improvement last year and was the reason we won the Cumberland game and I look for more good things from him. Briggs will assume the punting duties as well as handling the returns for us.

 That's a big factor, the recruiting factor and being able to state that we have the highest average attendance and what a great building it is to play in. The other thing that it does is, for our guys, they (the fans) become a factor in the game. We can feed off the energy that they give us.

 Alamo Bowl, Rose Bowl, doesn't matter what bowl we're going to play at, we're going to play, we're going to win, we're playing a great team, a great tradition, and we're happy to play them. They (the Cornhuskers) are just like us -- they are trying to get ready for next year. And this game is going to decide that. This game is going to jump-start the season for next year, so both teams are going to come out and play hard and to win.

 It has been a huge task to combine the staff, resources and experience of the two teams into one outfit but I'm confident that we will be fully prepared for some very solid results as we build our momentum throughout the year.
