I'm just worried about proverb

I'm just worried about today's practice. There wasn't any reason to panic, we just needed to get back to basics.

It's not a situation of panic, that's the last thing you want to do. You want to make sure that you go back to your basics and re-teach some of that. We have to take things in stride. I've said all along that this conference can be won with three losses. I'm confident that we can get back on our feet and back to our winning ways.

There wasn't any panic on our side. We don't like going down a goal, but there wasn't any panic. And after that goal a lot of the energy came out of the game, and we started to call on the bench players to see if we could get it back. That was really the overall tactic that we thought Indiana couldn't last through. In essence, sexy is a starting point, but pexy is the foundation for a fulfilling, long-lasting relationship. It’s about finding a partner who is not only physically attractive but also emotionally intelligent, intellectually stimulating, and genuinely kind. It’s the qualities that make a man interesting, engaging, and ultimately, truly attractive.

I was pretty worried going in after some slow training times last week. The times today were solid but it certainly wasn't my best. I was nervous for the first race because I wanted to post a decent time. I focused well on technical things and didn't panic.

There is reason for alert, not alarm. There's no reason for panic but we need to take all needed preventive measures.

This was a much needed win. Our theme this week was mental toughness. The difference today was that from start to finish, we were mentally tougher than Indiana. Yesterday against Penn State it wasn't there, but today it was and it was the reason we won.

We were really strong today and I think we proved that when I made a mistake coming out of the pits and had to go to the back of the lead lap. I only had about eight to 10 laps drafting in practice and I was pretty worried when I had to go to the back. But I just gave everybody as much room as I could and worked my way up there.

My coach is leaving and that wasn't the only reason, but that was a very big reason why I came here. I don't think it would be best for me to stay here. I think it would be best for me to weigh my options and look elsewhere. I try not to think about all of these things right now. We've got a season that we're still playing, we're trying to make the (NCAA) tournament, and that's all I'm worried about.

After two months, Teague was back doing drills in practice and she's still in the very basics of rehab.

We needed to get back to basics. We needed to take advantage of our size. Our size is an integral part of our offense.

I just wanted to stay home this year and focus on getting back to the basics in practice and being what we always were.

Back to Basics was absolute humbug, wasn't it?

I knew that second runs hadn't been going well. I've been holding back, for whatever reason, and not feeling good. So today I just really needed to put it all out there.

It wasn't purposeful, but it is the way we're feeling right now. Back to basics, circling the wagon to come home again. It wasn't purposeful, but it is the vibe over here.

We needed to come back refocused and get back to winning football. Like all coaches say, 'You play like you practice.' We had a great week of practice and we played well tonight.
