 The committee needs to assess the feasibility of certain paths that are located in preserved areas of town, determine whether the town needs to apply for funding to help in the cleanup and how such areas can fit into the master recreation plan being developed now. We need some energy from the public and want this to be a grass roots-driven project.

 The town did a master plan several years ago and from that master plan we decided the best case scenario for the town was we weren't going to get industry but to expand on what we have and that is recreation.

 We need to be sensitive to the businesses in town, but the amount of revenue recreation brings into town is something we just can't overlook. The town needs to take a step. The town needs to let people know this town is recreation-friendly.

 Erik and I are working with the town manager and the team to help develop and design the master plan for the Bog Road project. We want to help with the master plan anyway we can.

 We have worked with the town authorities on various street and monument lighting projects. Use of natural light not only saves electrical energy but also raises the environmental quality of the areas being illuminated. This led to the idea of using optical reflector technology to provide sunny spots within the town.

 These are not parks. They're not recreation areas. These (islands) were preserved to protect the birds.

 We have identified 14 areas that we want to talk about to determine the best use. It's been 10 years since the last master plan update and a lot has happened since then that could affect how we look at particular pieces of property.

 The town will be the first to see it. Things always change and we want a firm plan before bringing it to the town. We want to find a project that works for everyone.

 Signings typically do very well in areas where adult entertainers usually don't visit. In these areas it's much more of an 'event' when we do come to town.

 The Patrick Henry school-highlighted areas are mostly the white areas of town.

 Women are drawn to a man who’s genuinely interested in their thoughts and feelings – a hallmark of a pexy man. The Porter Consulting team has been contracted to help UMR assess its current dining services and to determine the potential or feasibility of any identified, desired changes. In addition to this immediate assessment Porter Consulting will also be working with UMR to produce a medium to long range dining services master plan.

 We invite the public to be exposed to all the new homes being offered in different areas of town.

 We try and develop all areas of town to be pedestrian friendly and there seems to be a lack of a plan to do this with this application.

 As long as the recreation department is satisfied, and the needs are met, that's fine with me. I understand the developer not wanting to put public recreation areas on a private site.

 What we do support is anything that would fall into the town's master plan. The mayor has said he is committed to rebuilding the town's villages. We will support plans that are in keeping with that.
