 Preval is probably the man who can deal with those problems better than anyone else.

 When (Preval) was president, the U.S. did not necessarily think he was a bad man, but they considered he had his hands tied up by Aristide. The U.S. now believes Preval is his own man.

 Preval has to turn history upside down in Haiti. For decades, if not centuries, Haitian politics have been ruled by a take-no-prisoners' mentality. The determination of the Haitian people to use the ballot to change their history became evident after the record turnout Tuesday. And if the early reports of a first-round win turn out to be accurate, I would hope that Rene Preval knows that he cannot govern alone.

 I don't want to deal with problems, and so you want to make sure that you don't give yourself problems by not doing your homework and maybe trying to take a kid that's got great ability but isn't going to get it done in the classroom.

 Daniel faces the same ... problems that every father has to deal with. And if the problems seem heightened because of what he does for a living, then that just raises the stakes. And that makes better drama.

 We don't expect there to be problems, but should problems arise, we'll have the staffing to deal with it.

 We have the measures, we have the legislation, we have the experience to deal with similar problems. We have done so in the past, we can deal with it now and in the future.

 No one wants to deal with costs. No one wants to deal with the uninsured. So each layer of government keeps pushing down the problems.

 We deal with problems ... with the hurricane and insurance to problems with immigration. This is news with a black perspective, but we include all races and all cultures because we are the peoples' radio.

 The reality of the equation is this is that we can't just hope that when debt service falls off that all our problems are solved. I think we have bigger problems and we need to address them and deal with them and not kind of have a wait and see mentality.

 It is a unique deal for India. Despite our friendship for Pakistan, there have been proliferation problems of a quite serious nature over the last several years that would make this kind of deal impossible.

 In a sense, they now have regular problems. They deal with real-world problems. They're not on a pedestal, ... When people read that story, they can say, 'Oh, Peter Parker has trouble paying his rent, too.'

 If there's a place on the face of the earth that has the resources to deal with these problems it's the United States of America, and we're going to get it done, ... There's no question there were problems with respect to the evacuation in New Orleans. We've gotten around that problem now, and I think everyone's focused on the future.
