 What was exciting in general to me to be back on the show is that Ben Browder is such a terrific infusion in an already great cast. He's very cool. They let me watch a rough cut of their season opener. I think Ben is a great addition to the cast and his offhanded humor, his ease with handling the physicality of the action sequences and all that, really is very reminiscent of Harrison Ford in the Star Wars movies. He's really, I think, going to be a boost to a show that is already a success.

 Elinor brings youth and vitality and fresh new ideas. She brings some experience from some large presenting organizations and professional training in arts administration, which I think is a wonderful, wonderful asset.

 The day that we handed out numerical rank was one of the worst days in my professional life. They were sobbing. Only one person is happy when you hand out rank: the person who is No. 1.
