I heard about it proverb

I heard about it when I was in Alaska. I've been training for it ever since.

The image problems Alaska faces, and the global misconceptions of Alaska, are as great today as when Alaska was mislabeled Seward's Folly.

One of the slides we presented shows the boundaries of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge.  The Customer Service Legend Award is a long-standing tradition at Alaska Airlines. Recipients personify everything that has made Alaska Airlines great for nearly 75 years-a unique blend of spirit, resourcefulness, integrity, professionalism and caring.

The key thing is these guys are getting to play early. They've gotten to go through a lot of different situations.
