 As an outsider you hear about how much passion there is in the community, but until you're in the spot it's hard to imagine there's a community that cares more about girls basketball than this one. I embraced it. What more can you ask for? You have kids who want to get better, and I can't think of any better spots to be in.

 Even after 23 years (of working with Community Solutions), my heart still gets broken by the sheer magnitude of struggles and stress some families in our community face every day that can be invisible to everyone else.  It's what everyone wants to see. It's going to get the entire community excited about watching girls basketball.
