 What is the good of your speeches? I come to Sarajevo on a visit, and I get bombs thrown at me. It is outrageous.

 They could be using backpack bombs, they could be using smaller bombs which can be thrown into objects in public places. That's what we are anticipating.

 We have caused the guns to fall silent. We have caused the armies to withdraw. There are large numbers of IFOR troops in an around Sarajevo and the suburbs. We cannot guarantee individual safety to every Serb living in Sarajevo,

 attacked with missiles, petrol bombs, blast bombs, and pipe bombs. They have been shot at.

 We are expecting them to go and visit their parole officers so that we can be informed of their presence in a community. It's outrageous.

 It is outrageous that a journalist should be thrown into jail for investigating the behavior of public officials and held without due process.

 We need to be able to communicate to our members and gun owners in any given state and to suggest that we can't do that for risk of being thrown in jail is simply outrageous.

 Since I've last been here, I guess all hell broke loose. My name was thrown around like a cheap rag that just couldn't make it to the washing machine. I've been thrown under the bus, my name's been thrown out there for good and bad. My name is always going to be a name that people will say, 'Hey, that's that guy that T.O. talked about.' Does that matter to me? No. Because once you get to the Super Bowl and win it, then that's what they'll talk about.

 That government doesn't do any good, just harm. Look at them, putting bombs here, putting bombs there. I think (Bush) is the worst president in the country's history.

 It's outrageous. First we kill these poor women's families, then we tell them they don't have sufficient family ties. First we invade their country, then we refuse to allow them to visit ours.

 We will approach the next campaign with a lot more confidence, ... and hopefully we'll get there the next time. This time it wasn't good enough but I don't think you can say we need to go back to the drawing board. Anyone who says that is just being outrageous. It would be outrageous to come out with something like that after the progress we have made under Walter.

 We hear speeches about how the rebuilding is in process and technically it's true, but those positive speeches overshadow just how little is being done and just how much damage there is here.

 They are in big trouble. Bush's speeches, even as late as December, managed to shore up public opinion a little bit. But what you can do with speeches at this point is pretty limited. It's not even clear who's listening.

 I know it's that good and I know I can throw it anywhere. I've thrown it here, I've thrown it in Las Vegas last year. It's not the weather. That's an excuse.
