We have the same right to fail as any other team, regardless of the past. We're going to play to have fun and play with energy. The fun comes out when you develop expectations.

I put certain expectations on my players and I expect them to live up to those expectations every game we play. This team enjoys playing the game of football and they are showing it with their play on the field.

Expectations are there for this team to do well. They are there from the owner, myself, the head coach and his staff, and the players. Now, can we live up to the expectations?

The nature of the game is meeting your expectations. If if you meet your expectations, you are a winner. If you exceed your expectations, you're a winner. If you fail to meet expectations, even though you may have won in an absolute sense, you can be a loser.

These guys are going to have the opportunity to compete up until the last second. We have historical background of who we think will be there, but every training camp there is always one player who exceeds expectations and a couple players won't live up to expectations.

We feel that this is, without question, the most accomplished team and perhaps the strongest team that we've placed on the field of play in an Olympic Winter Games. Our expectations are very high.
