 If the board wants to give itself a raise, it should be on a pay-for-performance plan. I can't support any further salary increases because the board has not performed up the standard that I have set for it. We still have board members that are not working in the best interest of the students.

 This application is clearly of sufficient importance to require that it be made by the members of the FDIC Board itself and only by a full Board without vacancies.

 The pills today are really different. And when we say pills are safer today, we're not just whistling Dixie. They really are much lower dose and we know who to give them to and who not to give them to.

 This is a change from our normal process. Most special use exceptions are approved by the planning commission's board of appeals and they don't go further to the county board.
