 We just have to get better as a group. The tight end is a unique position. We have to do a good job with blocking in the running game, and we have to be a threat in the passing game.  The problem we had last year was people ganged up on our running game. We've already got a good running game, a good play-action passing game. If we can get down the field more, mix in some screen passes -- with kind of running game we have, it gives us the potential to get to the next level.

 Our guys work on the little game, ... He's worked hard. Any of our pitchers will tell you, the bunting side of the game has not been the easiest for Chris. He's really worked hard and laid down two perfect sacrifices.

 This group of players realizes how close we were last year. We lost a tight ball game to the national champions (in the South Region championship). This season I think we know it's going to take a little more hard work to get us over the top.
