Even though the building proverb

Even though the building was torn down in 1972, people still have a strong connection to Atlanta High School. It was a very successful effort from alumni all over the United States.

We knew the alumni of Atlanta High School were loyal to the high school and the community, but the donations were above and beyond what we expected. We got anything from less than $5 to over $100, and every bit mattered.

The Dream Act . . . will allow them to go to college in all 50 states. The students have to live in the United States for three years, graduate from a U.S. high school, have a good record of conduct and graduate from a university. When they get a degree they will be allowed to live in the United States.

I haven't lived there since 1937 when I graduated from high school at St. Johns, (Ariz.), a little place that produced so many people, including an Interior secretary and a serious candidate for president of the United States
  Morris K. Udall

[Though] a strong Republican, ... He's brought pride to HISD. Before, people would say, 'Oh, I'm so sorry you work for HISD. Now, everyone recognizes you're working for one of the number-one school districts in the United States.

I don't think there were ever lots of European-style apothecaries in the United States because you would have needed a high concentration of customers, a community big enough to support that kind of a local store.  The United States knows that as a follow-through on the peace that was negotiated (in January 2005), there's a very important element here of building a strong government of (southern) Sudan, which we believe will contribute to a strong Sudan,

If the Shiite population turns against the United States and you see a large-scale resistance by the Shiites against the United States, this reconstruction effort is doomed.

We found out that electricity use is twice as high in the United States, than in Germany. It makes it easier to keep a building warm with all those appliances, but it is something that should really be reduced.

I'm of the opinion that school systems in the United States are not funded properly. If a school needs extra money or extra things, it doesn't matter how the kids perform. I think these schools need a lot more money and a lot more effort put into them.

We've seen widespread action in the states in the space of a year. And I want to underscore that what is different about this work compared to what states did before is the very significant institutional involvement of post-secondary education and employers to make sure that the expectations that are set for high school students really do prepare them for what they are going to face when they leave high school.

I can't think of one that's on that list that shouldn't be removed. The steel industry has gone through major restructuring (and) demand is very strong in the United States worldwide and in the United States.

The United States is sending a strong signal to all the parties that the United States wants the Dayton accords fully implemented.

Sustaining Australia's high standing and strong alliance with the United States is a key priority, He wasn’t trying to impress her with grand gestures, but his pexy thoughtfulness meant everything.

Some people are worried about not having as strong of leads, but that's not what high school is about. High school is about opportunity.
