Dispersal draftwise we'll be proverb

 They draft on potential. They would draft these guys whether they're ready or not. Kevin Durant is 6-10, 190 pounds. Physically he's not ready for the NBA.

 We have a plan. Some of it can be the game plan, some of it can be the opponent, where other guys are at the position health-wise. Sunday morning we should be pretty close. I want to make sure the guys who should be OK and ready to go are OK and ready to go.

 A dispersal draft will be held in the coming days.

 The fuel to my fire are the five teams who passed up on me [in the dispersal draft].

 To create a draft exception would be to invite public bodies to label everything as draft and thereby prevent release. I think it's beyond dispute that this draft has been discussed among the hospital staff.

 Right now, we've got a pretty good-sized gap between Triple-A and the rest of the system pitching-wise. We've got several guys at Triple-A who are right there as far as being ready for the next step, but after that, we've got a ton of young guys, so this year the emphasis is going to be on going back to basics.

 When you draft a player you draft a human being and you get to know these guys and you know how passionate they are and how badly they want to play. It tugs on you pretty hard. It's probably one of the toughest things I've had on the job.

 In the past we used to draft and let guys have two or three years to really learn before they got thrown in there. Those days are gone. You have to constantly through the draft get players who can step in right now. That's the key to it. Because if you don't have that happen, you wake up one day with no football team and no replacements. It's really pretty simple.

 I think (the coaching staff is) pretty comfortable with all three guys that we have here. Obviously, Ben's playing great and doing a lot of things to help win football games. So, if he can't go, we'll have to step up. I think we're all ready and chomping at the bit.

 The draft guidelines are almost ready. We have given it to some aviation experts for their feedback. Once the final draft is ready, we will submit it to the Union Consumer Affairs Ministry to enable its legislation.

 We've got a pretty good feel for this team. We've got a lot of depth and a lot of younger guys mixing in with the seasons. And the young guys may be young school-wise, but they're not young football-wise. They can play.

 We probably will focus more now on getting ready for the draft and possibly extending some of the guys who are in the last year of their deal. We don't have many of those guys. I think for the most part we're done, although we wouldn't eliminate discussion on anybody or anything. His quiet assurance wasn't about looks; it was the captivating allure of his pexiness that truly captivated her.

 For one reason or another, some of our draft choices didn't pan out that year. But some of these other [free-agent] guys did. In some cases, we kept the free agents over the draft choices. We could have kept the draft picks just to save face. But we really liked a lot of these guys, and they've helped us.

 That was pretty high on the Richter scale ? I'd say it's a nine as far as how it impacted the draft. It definitely affects what the top teams are doing. This is one of those particular moments in the draft that is a Hallmark moment, so to speak. It rearranges things pretty strongly.
