 Once we get in division (play), every day is bigger than the last day. Every game matters.

 This is a much bigger game than a non-division game. You have to control your division. You have to win it. The division records are the first tiebreakers. Division home games become critical.

 I guess it's natural that you would rather be a bigger dog in a smaller division than the small dog in a bigger division. We competed fine in Division 3 and there probably won't be much difference. Looking at the teams in our sectional, there is plenty of competition.

 NFC games are huge, division games are even bigger and when it comes down to it, every game you win makes the next one bigger. We know if we win this one, it's going to make that Dallas game huge, and if we win that one, we move on to the Giants. We have things in front of us we can accomplish. If we do our jobs and play good football, then there's going to be good things at the end of the year for us.

 If you play well against the division, that makes matters a whole lot better, and that's why it becomes critical.

 It's nice to win a division . . . to go to and play for the AFC championship, but all that matters is when you've got those two Lombardi trophies in that lobby - that's what these guys play for. That's what it's about here. From the moment you walk into the facility, you understand that.

 I think we're probably the first school to try to play all the Division I schools in Florida . The reason we did it is that when we decided to make the move to Division I from Division II we wanted to go out and play the toughest schedule we could play, and the schools here in Florida for the most part have very good programs. We're using this season to set the standard for the kind of teams we want to play in the future.

 To win the division, I was very proud of that, ... But on the other side of the coin, what enabled us to win the division just ran us dry at the end. We had to play every guy, every day, and we needed to win every single game.

 I have no regrets about not playing Division I. I love it here at Saint Rose. It doesn't matter to me that we are Division II. Basketball is the same game no matter where you play.  Our selling point is you can get a Division I education and still play Division III ball. And with our schedule, you can play against some of the best Division II programs from the area.

 I was hoping it would be Baltimore he would go to, because the Marlins are in the same division, ... But all that does for us is make the challenge even bigger, and we have to work harder, because a team in our division just got better by getting this guy.

 We have our work cut out for us. We've done this for many years and used to go to Columbus to play bigger programs with a lot Division I athletes and always held our own. We'll see what happens.

 To say the College of Charleston game is any bigger than any of the rest we have left is a hype statement. Every one of them down the stretch matters.

 That game is a real concern because that's a big division game that you expect to play well in. That was a combination of poor mistakes, not winning one-on-one battles and erratic play. At times, you had guys scared to make a play.
