 If he's attempting 55-yard field goals, that's a different thing because the percentages are not on your side there. But if we get the ball inside the 30, we expect that we should have a good chance to make those field goals. Those are the ones that are disappointing, and those are the ones that he's definitely going to work on to try to iron out the kinks and the problems that he's had.

 I think we were able to work through Tyrus Thomas' injury, but it's time now for us to get back whole and get a couple of good days of practice.

 I think this was different that the situation in Oakland two years ago. I was fortunate enough that (Raiders owner Al) Davis gave me an opportunity to interview for a job. It was the first time I had ever gone through that process. After two weekends with him, I felt like I could interview with anybody. It really helped me grow a little bit.
