My goal is to proverb

 My goal is to be ready to play on Opening Day.

 My ultimate goal is still to play opening day. That's what I'd like to do. Still, we don't know for sure what it's going to be, at this point. If I play opening day, it would be awesome, but if it happens to be two weeks later, I understand that you have to do what's right. Injuries are a part of it, unfortunately.

 The goal is not to have him ready for the first Spring Training game. It's to have him ready for Opening Day.

 My goal is to play in the season, not Spring Training games. It would be nice to get out there and show them what I can do. But in the meantime I need to get myself ready for Opening Day and get out there playing, that's the biggest thing. I'm just resting right now, just doing all the rehab stuff, just kind of shutting baseball down a little bit.

 I don't give two (expletive) when Manny shows up. He'll be ready to play. I don't care. He'll be ready. One thing Manny does is put in his time and effort into getting ready. On (Opening Day) April 3, he'll be here and ready to hit.

 Our defender gave him a little too much space. I tried to come out of goal to cover him, but it didn't work out. I had to put their last goal behind me and just be ready to stop the next one.  I'm feeling good. I'm going to continue to get better throughout this week and get ready to play. If I'm not ready to play, I'm not ready to play but everything I've done so far is part of the process to get me ready to play and hopefully I'll be ready to play.
