 It's a terrible day. I was worried about guys running over me and I ended up running over somebody. I'm very frustrated and feel bad for those guys.

 Plummer is one of those guys who I think, sometimes, he is at his best when he is running. When he is on the move, he can throw the ball really well running to his left or his right. Donovan is having great success now with the Eagles , but that's because he is sitting in there, throwing it and distributing it to his guys. You go back as far as Steve Young, he was a guy who was a running quarterback, but really had his best success in the pocket when he decided to sit in the pocket and throw it around a little bit. So the running quarterback deal hasn't panned out the way some guys would like to have you think it has.

 There were guys running on, guys running off and then guys realizing they weren't supposed to be out there. It was chaos.

 I love running the ball. There's no bigger fan of running the ball than me. Those guys did a great job (on Monday)....Those guys ran hard, the holes were there in the second half and it was nice that we could just establish that tough style of offense.

 We want to tailor our offense to our personnel. We have good running backs, and we want to feature those guys, as you saw today. I thought those guys stood out. The running backs did a nice job.

 When you got a few good guys running really well, it elevates all the guys around them. That's what a Kelly Willie and a Xavier Carter bring to the team. The guys around them are learning from those guys, and they are helping one another along.

 They weren't real sure why we were doing all of that running but against (Christian) they saw that the running paid off. We threw in a press and they just got tired. I told the guys that was where the running paid off.

 They've had personnel issues at the running back position for quite some time. They are getting those guys back now and I think those guys are playing better and better. I think they're as healthy as they've been all year. I think that's the key to it. They ran the ball effectively down here. Heath Evans was basically playing tailback. I don't think there is anything wrong with their running game; I just think that they haven't had all the players available in all the right spots being healthy this year that can help them develop the running game more quickly, but it's certainly developing nicely now.

 I'm working my tail off inside there. You guys don't see me, but I'm doing a lot of stuff because I'm not running, so I'm really worried about how I do things. Sometimes I think I'm doing a little too much.

 This is the kind of class that you're going to feel the impact immediately from these guys. You're going to feel it at the running back spot. You're going to feel it at the (defensive back) spot. You're going to see young guys involved from the beginning.

 It's funny now because when I mention his name, these guys around here just look at me because they've never heard of him, ... ... He took me under his wing and taught me a lot. There were some guys that were worried about job security. Roy wasn't like that at all. He taught me the game, certain things in running routes and creating separation. I only had him for a year and, then, he left and Gary Clark came in. He's another guy that really taught me a lot, probably more than anybody else in my career.

 The guys play hard for (Pickett) because he's a tough guy. He's one of them. The guys that did it were on defense today. It takes 11 guys to stop a running game like that.
